As Joe’s father and one that was also arrested unlawfully with him in
Colombia. I want to update everyone about Joe’s current situation.
From the day he and I were kidnapped from our homes in Colombia on
August 10, 2020, up to this current day, it has been a long road for him and his family.
A road that you all have helped with your prayers and finances. You have blessed us and paved a road to make it much smoother than it could have been! I remember that day as Joe and I were driving away inside the military swat team’s vehicle. Jo was ripped away from his six (6) month pregnant wife, his 2 children Isaac 6 years old and, Emily 4 years old. I said to him, “Well Joe I wonder what this is going to be like? This is going to be another adventure with you Lord.”
We had no idea what the Colombian jail was going to be like. We
weren’t scared but, were apprehensive about what lay ahead of us. The month
previous my other two sons, Jonathan and Jordan, were kidnapped in Florida
and they called us daily to explain to us how bad it was in jail. The food was bad, the conditions were horrible and the DOJ was not listening to anything
they said. Their actions violated the Constitution and so many of their own laws, codes and, statutes by holding them without bail. The stress of losing their liberty and being away from family caused Jonathan to have a blood
pressure problem!
Imagine a very healthy 35 year old having so much stress
that they had to put him in the infirmary with a high blood pressure attack!
The stress of being kidnapped and losing your liberty by being jailed
is amazing especially when all 4 of us have NEVER had a problem with the
law. Also, consider that there were NO living men or, women victims accusing us or of hurting them in any way! It was only because the FDA that works for Big Pharma wanted us silenced and the DOJ was the means they used! I pray that these conditions are about to change in the U.S.
The heavy stress also caused my heart valve to rupture in December
2023 and I had open heart surgery in February 2024 to replace the valve
with a titanium one. Stress is a killer!
Joe and I were taken to a military base for the night and then flown to
Bogota the next day. Joe would stay there 1 and 1/2 years and I would be forced to stay for 2 years. 1 million dollars was paid by the United States to Columbia to keep me and Joe away from the U.S. to prevent all of us from obtaining a “speedy trial,” lawfully guaranteed to us by the Constitution. It wouldn’t be until 3 years before we would have an unlawful corporate trial NOT based on the Constitution.
Joe and I were taken to a jail called “Palo Quemao”, The Burned Stick, where we would stay 3 months. This was during the “Covid” scam so we were isolated for 2
weeks. All they gave us was a very thin cold vinyl mattress. No pillows and
No blankets and we were up 9,500 ft with windows open. It was freezing!
We wore ALL the clothes we were allowed to take in a small backpack and
it was still cold. We asked the guards for blankets and pillows and they said
“OK”, but they never did come. After 2 days my wife’s sister who lived in Bogota
brought us some blankets and pillows and some real food because the food
there was not very good at all. Then one of the guards, a Christian, told some
of the guys on the extradition unit that there were 2 “Gringos” in isolation
and they all got together and sent supplies! That was a huge blessing.
After 3 days we were able to call home and talk to our families and
even call back to the U.S. to let other people know what was going on. Joe
had his 34th birthday there and we had Papa Johns pizza and a cake which
was a great surprise to us. In many ways Colombia jails are much more
humane than in the U.S.

After two weeks Joe and I were moved to the extradition unit where
we met a lot of men that helped us with the supplies and even made room for
us in two cells next to each other. We made some lifelong friends there. The
men there saw what happened to us on the news when we were arrested and
many thought it was horrible. We still had our mailing list of people almost
100,000 and many helped our families and us. The list that was on Mail
Chimp were taken down by the company soon thereafter. The Elite all work together to stop any information that helps mankind to be healthy and free?
Everything monetary has been taken from us but, God’s people
stepped up to help and have been helping ever since! What a blessing for the
people who heard God’s voice then, decided to listen and help us. Truly the Scriptures came true for us that if we seek the Kingdom of God and His righteousness first in our lives then our needs would be met.
see Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
There are so many that has helped us but a few ensured that the rents were paid, Joe’s children stayed in school and, made sure that our monthly commissary needs were always met.
Joe’s wife, Isabel, was always grateful for the weekly funds that came in that
took care of the rent, food and, other expenses as was My wife, and
Jonathan’s wife Nairobi. We have to thank many but please don’t be
offended if your name isn’t mentioned because there are too many to list.
You know who you are and even the ones I am mentioning didn’t do it for
praise. Thank you!

I was with Joe’s children almost every day before our arrest and not
only was it hurting him but it was killing me also to not see them. A few
months after our arrest his daughter Amelia was born and she is now 4!
Same thing with Jonathan who is still being help hostage in Mississippi. His son
Jackson was born a few months after his kidnapping. He just turned 4!
Currently, Joe is on probation and is working with his younger brother in
Tennessee. His family has been blessed to move to the U.S. to be with him and
many of you made it possible. He is very grateful to say the least. Now he is
“on his own” and doesn’t need the same level of financial help but still needs the Lord’s daily help for sure. He has been working a lot which is good. He feels so
good to be able to provide for his family again but is continually thankful for
how the Lord took care of them while he was held by the corrupt DOJ, So please
continue to pray for him and his family.
Jonathan and Jordan are still imprisoned and still need your prayers
for release. Now that Trump has been reelected maybe he can help us. Please pray for that to happen.
Jordan is talking to his case manager about me visiting him
for two days. The warden ok’d it so we are just waiting for the case manager to work it out. I will need your help with airfare, hotel and, for a car rental. Looks like around $750.00 would take care of it. If anyone can help, it would be much
appreciated. Jon’s wife also is trying to visit Jon in Mississippi soon. That
would be 6 people and cost at least $2,500. Pray that that works out also.
