When we think about authority we associate it with power and rightly so because authority is power over someone or something. There is a chain of command among mankind being those that rule kingdoms or nations to the rich that have the power of money and those that work for them. The animal kingdom has the strong versus the weak. Even the kingdom of darkness has a chain of command with satan being the leader and the fallen angels being under him and following him to their demise as he will bow before the King of Kings one day and be cast into the Lake of Fire forever where the beast and the false prophet had been for over 1000 years showing that they were subordinate to him because they were condemned first and had to wait for him to be judged. In God’s Kingdom there is also a chain of command with archangels such as Michael and Gabriel and maybe others then other angels.
BUT there is no debate to the Ultimate Authority of ALL creation and that would be the ONE that created all! I’m not going to debate that is this newsletter. I’ve been doing it for over 40+ years but I will say though that REAL SCIENCE, observation and repeatability, proves the existence of an intelligent, orderly, complex and marvelous Creation!
Question: If God made the universe, then who made God is a fair question but NOT very thought out for sure.
If you have asked yourself that question, then you don’t understand that a Creator isn’t bound by what we call the space and time. God, the Creator, is NOT bound by time, space or matter. If He is affected or limited by time, space or matter then He isn’t God, or the Creator. Time, space and matter are what are called a “continuum”. All of them have to come into existence at the same time.
Why? Because if there was matter but no space where would you put it? If there was space and matter but no time, when would you put it? You CANNOT have time, space and matter independently.
They would have to come into existence simultaneously.
What is really interesting is that the Bible explains how this happened in 10 words in Genesis 1:1
“In the beginning” – TIME – WHEN!
“God created the Heaven” – SPACE – WHERE!
“And the earth” – MATTER – WHAT!
In those first few verses there is what can be called a Trinity of Trinities
1. Time has past, present and future.
2. Space has length, width and height.
3. Matter can be liquid, vapor or solid.
ALL that in the first verse of the Bible!
NOTE: The Creator that created ALL has to be outside of it ALL!
Illustration: The man that created the first computer is NOT in the computer but outside of it. He is the creator of it! The idea that a Spiritual Force cannot have an effect on a material body isn’t true. You’d have to explain away love, hatred, envy, jealously, rationality etc. If your brain is a collection of chemicals that came by chance over billions of years, then how can you trust your own reasoning and thoughts you Think? But, if the body was created by an intelligent Creator then it is a marvelous vehicle to possess!
Question: Doesn’t this explanation make much more sense than the idea that everything in the universe came by chance?
Hang on I have much more evidence to show you in regard to ALL Creation being created by THE CREATOR, GOD and the messages He has given to all of us!
Here is a great amount of evidence proving intelligent Creation was done by a Creator and NOT by chance!

I wanted to establish that God is the Creator and being the Creator, he is the Highest and Final authority in the universe! He is the General of the Heavenly army not Michael because Michael is NOT the Creator and was delegated that authority by God, the Creator. So, let’s use that analogy of God’s Army being the authority in the universe, God being the General. The General has the most authority, right? Under the General there are many ranks such as:
The Enlisted
Private, private second class, private first class, specialist, corporal, sergeant, staff sergeant, sergeant first class, master sergeant, first sergeant, sergeant major, command sergeant major and sergeant major of the Army.
Then the Enlisted Officers: Warrant Officer1, Chief Warrant Officer2, Chief Warrant Officer3,Chief Warrant Officer4 and Chief Warrant Officer5
And the ranks of the Highest Ranking Officers:
Second Lieutenant, First Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Lieutenant Colonel, Colonel, Brigadier General, Major General, General, and General of the Army
Now if God, the Creator the Highest Authority of the Universe or the General of ALL the Heavenly host then if there is no one that has more power or authority in this universe!
Now in the U.S. Army the General is the highest rank and a private is the lowest rank and doesn’t even wear an insignia. The Private is subservient to all those that are ranked higher than a private which is a lot of ranks, people and insignias! There is though one time that the Private has the same authority as the General! Do you know when that time occurs? It occurs when the General sends the private on a mission for him! At that time every rank has to obey the Private as if he was the General himself!
Now let’s apply this to God’s Army or the Army God’s Kingdom.
Jesus said in Matthew 28:18-20, “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” Acts 1:8
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”, Romans 1:16
“For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.”, I Corinthians 1:18
“As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word. Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee. For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them and, have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me. I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine.” John 17:2-9
“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:”, John 1:12
So, Jesus, the General of ALL the universe has sent us (Privates) on a mission for Him. He has ALL POWER and has given it to us. In Fact, He has commanded us to GO into the entire world on His mission and He would be with us even to the end of the world! So, no authority, power, and principality, spiritual wickedness, any worldly power has any authority over us as Peter and John testified in Jerusalem in Acts 5:29, “We ought to obey God rather than men”.
The General, King of Kings has sent us on a mission for Him to preach the Gospel, (Good News). We are NOT to be ashamed of the Gospel, Rom.1:16 and even if people think it is foolishness to preach the Cross, I Cor.1:18! This is our mission given to us by OUR GENERAL – GOD HIMSELF, the CREATOR of ALL!
If you decide to carry out the mission that God has given ALL believers then you are living under the authority and will of God by fulfilling His assignment for you. If you live in God’s will for your life then every rank in this universe MUST yield to your step, every door MUST unlock, and every gate MUST open! If you live outside of the will of God, the General of ALL the universe, and act against it, then you WILL live and act with the authority of a private, which is to have no authority at all!

“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”, Romans 12:1&2
