The rulers of this “Golden Age” (1 of 2) 08/28/26
The reason people are blinded in this world is because their eyes are not on the LORD Jesus Christ, but on pretty much anything and anyone but Him. Our eyes are fixed only on the social organization of humanity, you see nothing but the springs of the machine and not the sublime workman who makes it function. You recognize around you only those whose positions have been assigned to them by some minister, politician, king, queen, corporation, etc.. You are unable to see those men whom God has placed above kings, ministers and any leader for that matter; by giving them a mission to fulfill rather than a position to occupy. Those who are chosen by God to preach the Gospel of Grace, to which I am one. It says in I John 2:15-17-“Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth forever.”
This is the major difference between an anointed and chosen son of God and a ruler of any age. So now lets take a look at a few characteristics and things rulers of this world will do. This way we will better understand if a ruler is a chosen son of God we should follow or just a ruler of this world permitted of God to correct,discipline,test or just shake up things.
We have been looking at “leaders” in all sorts of occupations and how they might profess with their mouths to be believers in Jesus Christ. yet their actions show us that they are not being led by God. I am not saying that believers will get everything just as God wants of them. We are in a fallen world and we live in it. We are bound to make mistakes at times, heck, Ill be the first to admit this.
When you see leaders professing to be “Christians”/followers of Jesus Christ and making decisions not based on the Word of God, but by their own understanding. Then you should know that something isn’t right. It could be done in ignorance, but also deliberate to mislead people. So our job as true believers is to study the Word of God and be led by the Holy Spirit. So we can recognize if a ruler is on the right path or not.
I am going to step on the ledge here and observe one of the most notorious rulers of this age. He refers this age to the “Golden Age”. Even while in prison, and before being kidnapped and locked up. I have observed how this man has persuaded people worldwide by the masses whether it be rulers, leaders or just your average man or woman. Not only them, but many religious people of all backgrounds and beliefs have flocked to him. What astonishes me more than all I just mentioned above, is how so many Christians are mesmerized by him. Even to the point where he is referred by some as God’s David.
Now don’t get ahead of yourselves and write off what I am saying just yet. I haven’t even mentioned his name yet. But I guess you already know who I am referring to. Even then, hear me out. You might learn a thing or two. All I am going to do is a bit of observation and comparison to what the Word of God shows us about rulers and how I cant agree that we are in a “Golden Age”.
So here it is, the man of the hour. Better yet, the man and ruler of this age: President Donald J. Trump. If you guessed right, congratulations!!! You are more aware than probably less than 5% of the entire world. (I know, I know, a bit of dry humor for you. Sorry about that) But it is true, who doesn’t know of the most powerful man in the world, according to man’s standards that is.
First, I would like to go over some Biblical passages seeing what the Bible says of rulers. Then I will go ahead and do a comparison of two major rulers in the Word of God who we can compare to President Trump in one way or another. And who I believe seems to match up more to President Trump.
Just so we don’t misunderstand each other. I want you to know I am not Republican or Democrat, actually I don’t really care for politics. Do I agree with the Republicans more? Yes I do. But that doesn’t make me a Republican. I am a son of God and I am to please Him, not man. In Ephesians 6:12 it gives us a major clue on who or what is really ruling the darkness of this world. And to be honest, the world in this so called “Golden Age” seems to be in utter darkness. I thought that Gold shines. Not without Light it wont.
So here it is, Ephesians 6:12 says-“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
According to the Word of God, those evil spiritual powers spoken of are the devil and his fallen angels.
So lets see what the Word of God says about rulers and leaders in this fallen world. This way can get more of an understanding of them.
In Proverbs 29:12 it says-“If a ruler hearken to lies, all his servants are wicked.”
So if a ruler listens to lies, all his servants are wicked. Pretty simple to understand that, right? Remember this one, we will need it for later.
Psalm 2:1-3 says-“Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.”
It shows rulers and kings of this earth conspiring together against the LORD. This shows me that rulers of this world in majority are hell bent against the LORD Jesus Christ. Who do they follow? Who leads them to go against the LORD?
So much can be said of Isaiah 1:10-24, but Ill let you read it on your own. Keep in mind what verse 17 says-“Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.”
Are our leaders and rulers doing this? If not, then how can we as sons and daughters of God believe that they are of us? And if not, then why do we follow them?
Isaiah 29:10 says-“For the LORD hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and hath closed your eyes: the prophets and your rulers, the seers, hath he covered.”
If anyone, not only rulers and leaders are not led by the Word of God and the Holy Spirit, they are blind and we are not to follow in their evil ways, no matter how good they sound.
Ok, we got a few great clues that will help us discern if a ruler is doing the right thing and if we should follow him or her.
What is the purpose of a ruler? To serve himself, his rich friends or only who he wants to? Or is he or her to serve first of all God and the people? Jesus Christ, the King of kings, came as a Servant to do the will of the Father and gave His life for mankind. Are the rulers of this “Golden Age” doing likewise? Are they at least willing to help those in need?
Now lets do the comparisons I mentioned earlier. We will be comparing President Trump to king David, the greatest king in Jewish history. After Christ of course. We will also be comparing the President to Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon during the time Israel and Judah were taken and in captivity. Lets start with the king of Babylon.
The prophet Daniel interprets Nebuchadnezzar’s dream in the book of Daniel chapter 2. But check out Chapter 2:36-38-“This is the dream; and we will tell the interpretation thereof before the king. Thou , O king, art a king of kings: for the God of heaven hath given thee a kingdom, power, and strength and glory. And wheresoever the children of men dwell, the beasts of the field and fowls of the heaven hath he given into thine hand, and hath made thee ruler over them all. Thou art this head of gold.”
God gave the kingdom, power,strength and glory to king Nebuchadnezzar. And Daniel says to him” You Nebuchadnezzar are this head of gold” So in a way it was a type of Golden Age. Now if you read all of what is going on in Babylon, you will see that just because a so called Golden Age is being projected or even happening. It doesn’t mean that the people are leading a godly life.
This is how I see it. There will be no true godly Golden Age until the King and LORD Jesus Christ is ruling here on earth. For He alone is the righteous King and Ruler. No man or anyone can or ever will accomplish this. When the Antichrist comes, he will fake it, but soon there after his kingdom will be smashed by Jesus Christ. Amen to that!!!
Lets get started with the comparison of king David. I cringe when I read believers compare President Trump to king David. Why? Well, maybe they have similarities in their lives. Like, they seem to both like woman very much. That can be for good or bad, that is between them and God. Also people seem to be drawn to them. They both seem to be men that shake things up a bit. And if we look into it, we most likely will find more similarities. So yea, we can compare them both in way’s for sure, but I truly believe that it is wrong to refer to President Trump as God calling him,”My David”. Because after the death of King David, when the Bible refers to a chosen “David” besides the historical king David. It is referring to Jesus Christ. Lets have a look at what Hosea 3:5 says-“Afterward shall the children of Israel return, and seek the LORD their God, and David their king; and shall fear the LORD and his goodness in the latter days.”
Also king David was not only the servant of the LORD, he was an anointed man of God, to fulfill all His will. Acts 13:22 says-” And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfill all my will.”
What do we see in this anointed king of the LORD? That no matter what he did, his failures and his success. David always would run back to God. The LORD was his everything. He lived for the LORD. And that is what we will see in any true son of God. The LORD Jesus Christ will be his everything. I can say with all assurance that President Trump does not live his life for the LORD Jesus Christ. The proof is in the putting.
So let us go ahead and observe a few things of President Trump and discern if he lives for Jesus. First, When have you ever heard him confess the LORD Jesus Christ as his only LORD and Saviour? If he is a son of God, he would always speak and praise Jesus Christ. When has he ever said on TV or anywhere, that people need to come to Jesus Christ and be saved because He is the only Way, the Truth and the Life? I haven’t heard it.
Also what about President Trump’s love of money? We sure do know this to be true. But look what I Timothy 6:10 says-“For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.”
The love of money is the root of all evil!!! Something to think about for all you “prosperity gospel” people out there. God’s prosperity is not how the world sees it. Remember what I mentioned before, how President Trump appointed a man married to another man a position in his administration? Would king David have done that? That is a desecration of marriage. God created marriage for a man and a woman. No son of God will approve or accept such a thing if he is led by the Holy Spirit and God’s Word.
How about the following of the evil deceiver and liar of Mr. Fauci? Yep, President Trump pretty much let that little devil weasel push the Plandemic and do what he wanted to. And still as of yet Mr. Fauci hasn’t been punished. Everyone pretty much knows by now how guilty of wrongdoing Fauci is. (Here is a interesting note to think about. My dad, brothers and I were locked up in President Trumps 1st term. Am I saying it was DJT that did it? Nope,not at all. But he hasn’t done anything at all to correct it either.) Everyone says that DJT will correct it all, bring justice for my family and I, yet time goes on and he doesn’t move a finger for us. Is DJT doing justice? Is he ridding America of the corruption by bringing justice? Nope, not entirely that is. Guilty people walk free as nothing happens to them, yet so many truly innocent men, woman and children continue to suffer. God warned nations of this.
What happened to cleaning out the swamp President Trump? Is it a partial thing you spoke of, or in its entirety?
President Trump is not God’s David, it is easy to see if you study the Word of God. Now, I am not saying that God didn’t allow DJT to be in the position he is in. He most surely did and I believe DJT is a servant that God chose to do a job.
Now we will be comparing DJT with the next king on my list. King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon.

If you read about king Nebuchadnezzar in the Bible, you will see that God refers to him as His servant quite a few times. And we all know how wicked and cruel Nebuchadnezzar was. So just because a ruler, leader or anyone for that matter has a position of power and authority, it doesn’t mean that they are sons or daughters of God. And if they are, it doesn’t mean they are being led by the Holy Spirit.
A similarity between king Nebuchadnezzar and President Trump is pride. Read Daniel chapter 4. Also check out verse 30 of chapter 4. Nebuchadnezzar is talking about what he had done, boasting of his own works and might. Does President Trump do that at times? Proverbs 16: 18 says-“Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.”
Come on people. Stop trying to find something where there is nothing. A son and daughter of God,a follower of Jesus Christ, lives for the things of God. I am not saying we don’t stumble at times, but even when and if we do, we are still telling others of our LORD and Saviour Jesus Christ.
As a whole in the USA, we as Christians are not as interested in spreading the Gospel of Grace far and wide throughout the world a s we used to. We are more focused on Nationalism. America First!!! Shouldn’t it be Jesus first? To love country can be a good thing, but if it comes before the LORD Jesus Christ, it just becomes another idol. SO what to do Jonathan David, “you servant of the most High”? What to do when we have a ruler/leader who doesn’t follow the LORD Jesus Christ?
Have you ever thought that God put President Trump in that position to awake His people? God used Nebuchadnezzar to chastise and bring His people back to Him. Is God using DJT to shake up His people? Not to follow DJT, but to return to God and not to trust man?
So you want to know what to do when a whole country and its rulers/leaders live for themselves? Well, we cant just give up and wait on them to get their act together and follow God, right? We need to get back to work, by bringing people to Jesus Christ to free them of their sins. By any manner possible. Whether by foot, by boat, plane, in your neighborhood, another country, over the internet, even in prison, and everywhere. However we can spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ, we must do it. Its to hard they say. Yea, your right, it is hard. Actually it is impossible without God. But remember and don’t forget that all things are possible with God. So trust Him with your whole life and it will happen.
I am not giving up rescuing the perishing and dying. We as a whole, America for that matter, have gotten to comfortable and “important”. We have beautiful homes, beautiful cars, beautiful cities, beautiful clothes, great “entertainment”, etc. But I remember growing up in Africa, the Dominican Republic, Haiti and seeing the children starving, the people with no water, broken shelter, dying of diseases, young girls prostituted to make a living, people being treated as animals by their own governments and the list goes on and on. This still goes on worldwide, even now in our own “Golden Age” here in America. We as a nation seeking our own glory and prosperity seem to have shut out the groans and cries of the needy and poor, but by God I have heard them. Even in my times of living a selfish life, the LORD Jesus Christ has exposed my ears and eyes to their groans and cries. I’ve seen their pain and tears. Their longing for something better. I see it now in prison. And although I might not be able to provide the necessary things to help people’s physical health as I did in the past and what led me to be kidnapped. I more than ever share with these men the Gospel of Jesus Christ. To save them from their sins, to help them realize that there is more to this life and after it. To find hope where there is no hope. To find healing where there is no healing. To find love where there is no love. I will give every breath of my lungs to see mankind freed of sin, one breath at a time. I’m gonna do what I got to do. Go wherever I got to go, however I got to do it. To save as many as possible. Till this beast, this monster called sin is thrown into the lake of fire. Our King Jesus will do that one day, but our job is to do what we ca=n now to save these remaining few.
God don’t want sin to own people. That is why Jesus Christ came to die, was buried and resurrected to save us from our sin.
This is our time now brothers and sisters. The enemy and his minions, the rulers of this “Golden Age.”. Tried to destroy me and my family, who ever they might be. But you cant, you tried to destroy God’s people, but you wont. God has shown me the future and His people are free. His people are Free!!! If you don’t believe me, then read the Word of God.
So after all that has been written in this Epistle, you tell me. How can we even think and assume that President Trump is being led by the Holy Spirit and God’s Word? Permitted by God to do a work? Yes, of course. Preparing the stage for what is yet to come? Yes, I believe that. Causing more division amongst people of this world and age? Yes, that should be easy to see. Causing a separation of true believers and fake ones? I think so. Sounds more like the times of the falling away/apostasy that the Word of God speaks of.
So don’t fall away. Stand firm in the faith of Jesus Christ. Don’t be swayed by the lies.
This is no Golden Age my people. What makes you believe that? Technology? Advancements? Or are we just being brainwashed by the father of lies, the devil/Satan? That evil serpent.
What is happening amongst the people of this world is a battle for who will “reign” with the Antichrist. There is not only a spiritual battle between good and evil going on. There is also a battle between evil itself and that is not our battle to fight. The physical battle in this world is not for the sons and daughters of God. Our battle is spiritual, for the saving of men’s souls. So don’t join it, don’t feed into it.
Focus on Jesus and what He said we should do. If we do a good deed for someone, it should be to lead them to Jesus. Its all about Jesus, our whole lives are His.
And by the way in Mark 3: 24-26 is says-“And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand. And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.”
So let the people of this world go against themselves, they are going to fall anyways. Let them have that battle. Let us preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and speak the truth and by doing that the evil will be exposed. Believe me, you will see who is of God and who is not. I have and continue to, by my family and my stand. Who of the rulers of this “Golden Age” cares to bring justice to my family and I? For no wrong we have done. Not one person who could do something has moved a finger. Our stand is revealing the liars and the fakes, Your stand can too!!!
You might ask; why do they hate you so much Jonathan David? They hate us because we preach that God is the Final Authority, not man and his laws. If they go against God’s Word, then it is to be disobeyed. Therefore they hate us, because we are willing to disobey man to obey God. Are you?
