Daily Prayer Group – River in a Desert Ministry

Thank you for visiting our Daily Prayer Group page. We warmly invite you to pray with us as we lift up the name of Jesus Christ and seek the Lord together in unity and faith.
We meet daily at 12:00 Noon Central Time. By God’s grace, we have been gathering consistently for over 4 years. Our prayer time is intentionally brief—typically 5 to 10 minutes—though at times we may continue for 15 to 20 minutes as the Lord leads.
Please be prompt—our gathering starts on time.
During this daily prayer time, we stand in faith and intercede for the needs of others. We pray for the Grenon Family, we pray for one another, and we pray for our families and friends. We also obey the Lord in prayer by remembering even those who oppose us.
“Pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.” – Matthew 5:44
We believe prayer changes hearts and opens doors for God’s peace to rule in our lives. As we pray and live in obedience to His Word, the Lord enables us to walk in a quiet and peaceable life:
“That we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.” – 1 Timothy 2:2
