Hi everyone,
It has been a while since I wrote a Newsletter. I am working as a clerk at this time and doing as many programs in this system as I can. It does help with the First Step Act time that can be removed from the sentence and even apply some of the reduced time to home confinement. Which I am doing my best to accomplish. I work to get home to my family. I never wanted to work in this system, but I use the opportunity to witness of Jesus Christ and to tell others of my testimony. All glory be to God in every circumstance of our lives.
Just recently, I was thinking about the pit that the enemy digs, falls in and can’t get out of.
In Psalm 57:6 it says-“They have prepared a net for my steps; my soul is bowed down: they have digged a pit before me, into the midst whereof they are fallen themselves. Selah”
Prov. 26:27-“Whoso diggeth a pit shall fall therein: and he that rolleth a stone, it will return upon him.”
Jeremiah 18:20-” Shall evil be recompensed for good? for they have digged a pit for my soul. Remember that I stood before thee to speak good for them, and to turn away thy wrath from them.”
There are so many more examples in the Bible of what you sow that shall ye also reap. I just want to share what I believe the LORD is showing me. As you can see in one of the passages above, Jeremiah is calling out to God and saying:
“LORD, because I stood against these evil people in Your name, to speak good for them and to turn Your wrath from them. For this I am abused and treated with evil.” In other words; “For my good, I am being abused, I am thrown in the pit!!!”
I, in my own way, can understand what the prophet Jeremiah is feeling here. My dad, brothers, and I stood for what is right. To defend the innocent, the poor, the needy, the sick, the hurt, the abused etc. And we did it in the name of Jesus Christ our LORD and Saviour. Not only did we do it for them and for what is right, we also spoke the Truth to this evil system and those in it, to turn the wrath of God from them. But it is on them to repent and turn to Jesus Christ as their LORD and Saviour. They will never be able to say in that DAY, that the LORD didn’t warn them. He sure did through His sons, not only in words, but as a statement also. Not in any ordinary way, but in a very different way. They will never forget our stand, ever!!! You have been warned!!!
Now I want to write concerning the continued abuse to Jordan, Joe, Dad and I while we are in prison or on probation. If you think that the abuse ended when the time was given to us (It should be said “taken away from us”) by the DOJ, then you also have ruled out the work of the BOP in this evil system. I want you to know that I am not surprised. Disappointed? Yes. But surprised? Not at all. Before we go over a list of continued abuse to me and my family by this evil system. Let’s go over what I believe God is showing me concerning the “digging of the pit” through what I live and see in the Word of God.
Once the enemy digs a hole, it’s not as if they are gonna say-“Well, that is to deep, we cant get out. Let’s just put more dirt back so we can get out.” But the dirt is already on the outside of the hole. So, if those outside don’t help them out. How will they get out? And we all should know that evil turns on its own anyways. But that is another explanation for another time.
So, let’s just take the Word of God for what it is saying and showing us. They (The evil ones/enemies of God and His people) have dug to deep and can’t get out. So, what do they do? They keep on digging, that is what they do. Maybe hoping to dig right through the other side of the earth or something like that, I don’t know. They don’t want to realize that they are stuck, their pride won’t let them. Think of Pharaoh. He saw the power of God and yet, he continued “digging”, his own grave. And this is what this evil system and evil people have done to my dad, brothers and I and continue to. All they know is to keep “digging”, keep doing everything wrong to us. They are far past doing wrong in the eyes of God and man. They have broken God’s laws, man’s laws and continue to. But not only that, they have broken their own “rules, regulations, acts, and corporate by-laws. You see, what happens when sons of God stand firm and stand for what is right, it causes the frauds that these people are to break their own ways to not only punish us, but to abuse us. And once that starts, “the digging”. They can never stop. Unless God intervenes of course. He knows their hearts though, so no deceiving Him.
Here is an example. Once you tell a lie, you must back up that lie with a large amount of lies. I was gonna say an infinite amount of lies but lies cannot last for infinity. They will be revealed one day and the “digging” will end, and they will be buried in their own lies and wrongdoing, with no way out. God’s mercy is great. We that have come to Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour know this to be true. But if you don’t accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, you don’t get that saving mercy. I truly believe that those who have done this to us are far gone (Yes, I know God is longsuffering). Yet, there comes a time when their hearts are hardened and their minds reprobate, and as we see in the Bible,very few come away or break out of that. That doesnt change the fact that we pray for our enemies.
When someone is changing and coming to the LORD, you will see it in their lives and decisions. So we, my dad, brothers and I, have continued to request or appeal to this evil system. Not that we believe they will do anything in our favor. But to put them on the “block” to make a decision. And yet they continue to reject all requests, appeals, etc. As I witness to many people in this system, I do hope that they come to the LORD Jesus and repent of their sins and be saved. Of course I do. But the more I see people reject, I say to myself-“Through your own mouth and actions thou art condemned.” So I go on and on. I see some saved and I see many condemning themselves. Its sad I know, but it is our job. We save men’s souls by bringing them to Jesus, fishers of men we are. But we also put man in a position of decision. And whether they say it with their mouth or not, the more they reject the Truth. Their heart makes a decision. (Job 9:20 says-“If I justify myself, mine own mouth shall condemn me: If I say, I am perfect, it shall also prove me perverse.”)
And this evil system and the people that have come against us, have chosen. Their god is money and themselves. Heck, I believe some of “them’s”(You like my grammar there?)god is Satan. I might not as of yet seen God’s eyes but I have seen the devil’s, he walks with men on earth on every level. The devil/Satan has influenced and or possessed so many people in this world on so many levels. That means a regular man or woman given to the devils ways will be controlled by him, but not only that. Also people in high places and positions, hence I say many levels. I have seen people possessed in DR, Haiti, Bulgaria and more places. But never have I seen more people possessed or controlled by the devil than what I have seen in prison and in this whole “judicial”, “governmental” systems. People will think I am only talking about the inmates, but that would be far from the truth. Yes,there are many inmates possessed and or controlled by Satan, but also judges, prosecutors, lawyers, marshals, CO’s; well, so many that work in this evil demonic system. Just because someone can put on a “kind” face and speak proper and supposedly act “normal”. Does not mean that that person is not strung to Satan’s fingers as a puppet.
Look at the examples in the Bible.
1. We have the possessed man of Gadara. He was rejected and we could say completely nuts. Yet Christ saved him.
I have seen many like this in prison and have witnessed to them. Was there change? In some of them there was, but I still made sure to plant the seed of the Gospel.
2. Then we got the Pharisees. The religious and judicial leaders of the people of Israel. They condemned Christ. Who do you think was behind them? Satan!!! Yet, most of the people,if not all in Israel reverenced them. They obeyed and followed them, so they followed the devil. Remind you of anyone you know? Judges, prosecutors, lawyers, marshals, police, etc. You know many people in this system probably have good intentions and want to do good. Remember the saying:”Hell is paved with good intentions”. Heck, there might even be so called “Christians” that believe in their heart that they are doing what is of God. But unless you are doing the will of the Father for your life, you are doing the work of the devil or your own work, which leads to serving the devil. We should only serve the LORD, not an evil system. You will be put to the test one day, everyone will. Is Jesus Christ the LORD of your life? Or are you? Or is money? Well anything or anyone that you live for or serve and that is not Jesus Christ, is a wrong path. And it will lead you to be serving the devil. Its basically simple mathematics, it all adds up. You+you=serving the devil. You+money= serving the devil.
You+idol= serving the devil. You+anything or anyone that is not Jesus Christ= serving Satan/devil. Which then leads to hell.
3. Another example is Judas Iscariot. Didnt he walk with Jesus? Wasnt he one of the 12 disciples? Didnt Satan enter him?
I am not one to say who goes or doesnt go to hell,Jesus Christ is who does that. What I am pointing out is different cases where people were possessed or controlled by the devil. And so you know that not everyone that says LORD, LORD to Jesus and say that they have served Him,etc. Will enter the Kingdom of God…
That could be pastors, preachers, many church goers, politicians, well the list goes on and on.
There are so many more examples in the Bible and you will see that the LORD has saved the worst of us. You will also see what we might consider the best of us, “upstanding citizens” and they never come to the LORD Jesus. Heck, they even reject Him. Because what matters is what is in your heart, not how you are on the outside. Is Christ Jesus the LORD of your heart, your life? Who or what is?
That is why our defense, my dad, brother and I’s was to stand on the Truth of the Word of God. After being locked up a few months. We basically knew that we were going to be railroaded in this system. So we believed(and still do)and decided that it is safer to remain in the will of God, no matter what man does. So we preached and continue to preach to all in this evil system, if only to save one more lost soul. As Jesus left the 99 sheep to save my life, that 1 lost sheep. I go into all the world and I preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. And the will of the Father is being done in my life.
So what I say in righteous anger and in truth, does not change the fact that I share Christ with all and everyone, even my worst enemies. It is not I though, it is Christ in me!!! Praise be to the name of our LORD Jesus Christ, who saved us from, eternal damnation. Just yesterday, the world celebrated the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Do you truly believe He is risen? I do!!!
Here below is a short list of the continued abuse my family and I are living day by day. Most of the things we are denied, people with similar cases as ours, are receiving. We are singled out, we are treated spitefully, we are scoffed at, we are mocked, we are abused. Does that remind you of Someone? Yep, my LORD, KING and SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST. My first LOVE!!!
Abuses:(I wont go into details)
1.Appeals denied and motion for rehearing En Banc denied. (For Jordan and I.)
2. Most likely will deny motion for 2 pt reduction for no criminal history,due to discretion of the court. They can use pretty much any excuse or “reason” to give it to some and not others. Its a personal decision really in many ways. Set up to punish or reward those who they want to. These 2 pts removed could have Jordan and I in homeconfinement today!!!
3. No answer on reducing more prison time due to Pandemic, AKA “Hard time”. Most likely will deny also. (Could take up to another 20 months off sentence toward homeconfinement.)
4. Loss of 27 good days for use of a text system that most prisons approve and even promoted in FDC Miami. Never was warned here, yet punished. 5 months no emails to family or anyone, I had to use snail mail. Also appealed on good ground and yet 8 months later, no answer. When the regional had 50 days max to answer, still no answer.
5. Dad petitioning to end probation early, denied and denied.
6. Joe not being able to go to his mother-in-law’s funeral because on probation.
7. Public Safety Factor does not allow Jordan and I to go to a camp. So we are doing harder time than most people in our situation.
The list goes on.
