You could spend years looking into all the information on Chlorine Dioxide. I want to send you a few things so that you can understand it a bit more. The doctor that testified in “trial” lied through his teeth and misconstrued the truth. He and Agent Rivera and the prosecution tried to make it play out like we would be recommending people to ingest the Sodium Chlorite powder. Or the Sodium Chlorite solution at a 22.4%, which was in the bottle of MMS. That is far from the truth and they know that. We only would recommend people to make the Chlorine Dioxide by using the MMS and the HCl 4% and then adding water and then they would ingest it. At this dosing and level, it couldn’t even harm a rat. There are many approvals by the FDA and other agencies for the use of Chlorine Dioxide, hence we wanted them to accept the evidence sent in by an amicus group so that could be plainly seen. When the doctor testified that he didn’t know of any studies or use (I cant remember how he put it) of Chlorine Dioxide. He must have been lying. Many agencies, the FDA being one, have recognized it safe for water purification, and many other uses. Even the FDA approves of the use of Chlorine Dioxide on food, it does not consider chlorine dioxide to be poisonous.
Please read the following information which can lead you to a better understanding of MMS/Chlorine Dioxide.
MMS is not bleach. MMS is an oxidizer that kills the pathogens of many different diseases. The chemical of MMS has been used to kill pathogens for 100 years, and purify water.
MMS: This solution consists mostly of water with chlorine dioxide as a very weak solution along with regular table salt, and several other trace neutral chemicals, such as sodium hydroxide,sodium carbonate, and sodium bicarbonate, none of which are considered poisonous. The trace chemicals are neutralized by the acid that activates the chlorine dioxide.
Chemical formula of chlorine dioxide:
Chlorine dioxide is the active ingredient in MMS after it is activated by acid. The chemical formula of chlorine dioxide is CLO2. That formula shows that there is one atom of chlorine (Cl) and 2 atoms of oxygen (O2) in a molecule of chlorine dioxide. These 3 atoms are held together by electrons to form the molecule of chlorine dioxide. Chlorine dioxide is a gas and MMS is normally used in most cases as a gas dissolved in water. The gas can be used as times directly on the skin or even in the mouth. Chlorine Dioxide is one of the most effective killers of pathogens such as bacteria, molds, fungus, viruses, bio-film, and other disease causing microorganisms which includes the vast majority of diseases of mankind.
Making Chlorine Dioxide:
Sodium Chlorite is an unusual chemical that is made largely of chlorine dioxide, but the chlorine dioxide does not become available until the acid is added. This is why we activate the MMS with the HCl 4% before ingesting or applying.
Is MMS a bleach?
MMS is not a bleach. (As the world understands the word of course) Every single chemical known to man can be poisonous when taken in large quantities. Ninety-five percent of the medicines known to man are extremely poisonous when used in large quantities. About 15 aspirins can kill a person. One half cup of most of the chemicals under your sink would kill a person. I am very sorry that no scientist or scientific laboratory has ever written and signed a scientific paper stating that MMS is not a bleach. The fact is, no laboratory ever thought that it would be necessary to come out and say that. It never occurred to any of them that someone would be dumb enough to start calling diluted solutions of chlorine dioxide a bleach. It is ridiculous to push the idea that MMS is a bleach as no one has ever used MMS for a bleach.
A terrible thing is that the critics continue to insist that they are right and they refuse to study the literature concerning the subject. No critic can remain a critic if he studies the subject. The facts are in the chemistry and literature.
No one has ever used MMS as a bleach as it cannot possibly bleach anything except in HIGH CONCENTRATIONS as used in textile mills which we don’t ingest ever! But, they say everything with such confidence as if they know when they DO NOT know, or worse yet knowingly lie.
Vinegar, which is a weak solution of acetic acid which, in much stronger mixtures, is used to clean toilets and other messes. Are we going to say vinegar is a toilet cleaner and quit using it for cooking? Likewise baking soda, sodium bicarbonate, is used in small amounts for baking, do we quit using it because it is used in large amounts to clean toilets?
Chlorine Dioxide kills most microorganisms through the process of oxidation. Most people don’t know that Oxidation is the process by which substances are destroyed. I will not go into the details, but anyone can look that up and find how oxidation works.
Oxidation Potential: Chlorine Dioxide has a oxidation potential of .95 volts. It is the weakest of all oxidizers. Weaker than oxygen itself. If oxygen does very little or no damage to the human body, then the lesser oxidation voltage of chlorine dioxide is not likely to do any damage at all. And the proof of that is in the chemistry of chlorine dioxide and the literature and testimonies of many agencies, companies and just regular people.

I have taken my time to include a lot of points to the brief. I dont expect you to use them all of course. Some are repeats. I am just stating what I know and believe to be the truth. Somethign might spark in your mind as you read what I say. You can decide what might be good to add to our reply.
The governments brief is full of lies and taking many statements out of context. So I cant focus on each and every one, as you have suggested that we should focus on our strong points, but I do believe that my testimony should and is a major point in this reply. Below I will add the page number and a short point or points per subject. Alot of what I will say is and has been recorded in my hearings. Which you should have all the transcripts.
Before I begin I would like to say that while I read what the government said about how we basically had to prove our religious belief, I thought to myself. That the burden of proof was on them, not us. And we must remember that we are considered innocent until proven guilty, correct? So why were we the ones who had to prove we are a Church? They are the ones who have to prove we are not, which they cant. We never have to take any steps to prove what we believe, thats on them. And they never did, they just say we used a church to sell drugs. Thats bascially what they said. But we must realize that we began the Genesis II Church of Health and Healing in April of 2010 and the FDA didnt give any notice of MMS until October or November of 2010. So they did it as an attack on us and others alike. Also isnt it odd if it was so dangerous that they waited for so long to even demand us to stop? From 2010 until 2020. Just so happens to be in the Pandemic time, where many political attacks were agaisnt the American people. One being President Trump. This was a political attack agaisnt us men and our Church and its members and followers worldwide. And by the way, we didnt start to provide the Sacraments until 2016. So they let that go on for 4 years before doign anytghing? In 2016 they did a piece on 20/20 ABC news lying about us, as the Church of bleach. So why wait 4 years to prosecute us if it was so dangerous? They dont care about people, this was an agenda for them.

Many things can be considered essentially bleach, things that bleach or discolor such as alcohol, the sun, limes, well you get the point. Like I said they are using a play of words here. Bleach means to remove color or whiten something or to sanitize. To bleach something is the result or cause of using soemthing, not the product itself. So when they say we are the “Church of bleach”, essentially they are saying, we are the “Church of whitening, or Church of removing color” etc. Makes no logical sense even in our own language. When they say bleach, they are fooling people into believing that we are giving people Sodium Hypochlorite to drink. Which is an utter lie.

I believe that my life’s testimony speaks for itself and that I am a very spiritual man. I gave my testimony in my first hearing in Pinellas County Jail. Almost all of our motions have been denied and none of our points or very little were even rebutted. After 9 months sitting in jail they finally came up with an indictment and we never had a trial by jury according to the 7th Amendment which is according to common law. They made a default judgment on our civil cases and we werent even given the chance to appear. They did this so that they could close that case and get an indictment and begin the criminal case.

When we began the Genesis II Church in 2010, it was to serve mankind and by doing that we were serving God. We did not begin to distribute our Sacrament until 2016. And we did that by accepting donations as the IRS recognized that and accepted our Church by making a contract with us. We requested as the Genesis II Church from the IRS an EIN for banking purposes only according to their code 508. The IRS accepted and gave us the EIN as the Genesis II Church. We are a free church and not a state church, we are not under the corporate bylaws. That is why the IRS would never have come against us, because they agreed and recognized that we are a Church. We have never contracted with the government to be under the laws that could or would control how we go about serving God and man. That is why we never have had to do anythgin to prove we are a church and that the 1st Amendment does protect. We at the Genesis II Church began as many churches did in history, not as the state churches. Remember that the people left England so many years ago to come to America for religious/spiritual freedom? To leave the control by the church of England, a state church… Are we to go back and be like England by taking our God given rights away? Rhetorical questions.. Well this is happening and must stop, therefore our stand.

We all know that the word church comes from the Greek word ekklesia, which basically means: Assembly, and this word stresses a group of people called out for a special purpose. You do not need government approval and especially government interference in this matter. It is our right as men and women created by God. When we seek the governments approval for our own rights, what they give, they will take away when they decide. Out of 10,000’s of people donating for our Sacraments, that the prosecution used, I believe 4 emails saying that people were harmed. But never did any victim ever come forward and there was never any verifiable claims. So how do we know that those people were not fictitious as Agent Rivera stated he did create fictitious people himself.

We never waived our rights to counsel. We said we would do it ourselves, but never waived the right. I never accepted the counsel that they wanted to force on me. But I did try to find someone who would defend my God given rights, and no one would. And how do we not know that these “6 victims” wasn’t Agent Rivera? He had already sworn under oath to have made up fictional people to go about his investigation. How do we know he didn’t lie again?
