Hello, Everyone. This Is Jordan Grenon and I wanted to give you an update on our appeal.
No surprise I just received an email saying it was denied and I can say I am glad that was over.
I never had faith that man would do right of themselves.
I haven’t seen the denial yet, I should be getting a copy but whoever has access to the appeal case on pacer can see it.
My appointed lawyer said there were things in there he did not agree with. For example they let the judge get away with making mistakes in sentencing because she said she was going to sentence us the same anyway.
So we see this system works to protect itself and it’s own people. This doesn’t change my mind or crush my spirit. I have faith in Christ alone and trust in Him, not man. So this is another example of God letting man incriminate himself where God is the only True Judge. What happens now, only God knows and I am comfortable with that. My day to day doesn’t change, God has been good to us through all of this and we wait on His great plan where He gets all the glory!
