Update: Info on my situation

Preaching and being rejected, mocked and scoffed at; Encouraged by mom’s visit and a memory of past times, etc.

I wanted to give a short update on what has been happening in my situation. This way you all can see that Jordan and I are doing all we can in this corrupt and evil system. It doesn’t mean we trust and believe that justice will happen through this system. As we have lived and seen that is most unlikely. Only if God chooses to do something in this system, it will happen. If not, then it wont. Yet, we continue to do what we can basically to expose the corruption and evil. More for those looking on to see that one cant and shouldn’t trust in the things of man.

Seeing that I didn’t have messages for 5 months last year and the beginning of this year(I wrote about this in a past Newsletter). I wasn’t able to stop the lawyer from continuing the appeal. Basically I was kept back from halting anymore appeals. So the lawyer went on and appealed En Banc, which means to the whole court of appeals. He did this because 3 of the judges who denied my Appeal did not give a good reason to deny it. Basically the court of appeals said that because I didn’t quote the Religious Freedom Restoration Act while in detention, that is why the prosecution didn’t have to do the due process in my situation. Referring to my 1st Amendment rights being violated. Yet, even in the first hearing I and Jordan were taken to, we said those very words. That our 1st Amendment rights were being violated and we went on to say that we were only following our LORD Jesus Christ by preaching the Gospel and helping our fellow man. And we said a bunch more and gave our testimony and history. So the appeal En Banc denied our appeal also, stating that the original appeal was judged correctly. So they are saying basically that because I didn’t invoke the RFRA,then my appeal is denied. It seems that saying those 4 letters was more important and crucial to them than my rights being violated. Which is a weak excuse of denying my appeal and now as I see it, taking part in violating my rights even more.

So the lawyer said what is left is to go to the Supreme Court with a Writ of Certiorari. Seeing how God, by the circumstances, had the lawyer put the continuation for appeals and I wasn’t able to stop it. (Jordan stopped because we said we weren’t gonna continue as we see they are all against us. Its literally a conspiracy of the US government and many of its agencies against my family and I.) I said,”Lord, I don’t trust man and his ways, but I will continue and appeal to the Supreme Court. If not to receive justice, then to step in a way into that court and by doing that, shine light on their corruption also.” So my Writ is waiting to see if the Supreme Court will take our case on or not. They can deny to even look into it and then well, they participate in the conspiracy against my family and I. Or they can take it on and look into it and make the correct decision and bring justice, or deny and continue to do injustice to us. But if they were to reverse everything, it would expose the corruption from the bottom up, a whole lot of it. Like the FDA, DOJ, BOP, and people, places, and well more than I can tell you right now. Also it would become law and that would change a lot. I personally don’t think they want to touch this. But God is putting the whole system in a time of reckoning, and so far they are failing. Not only in my case, but so many others also.

  1. I also appealed last year to get 27 good days back that were taken from me. This they did to me when they took the 5 months of messages away due to using a text system that they didn’t approve of. Without warning they did this to a bunch of us guys. We never knew. Even in other places like in FDC Miami, they had pamphlets promoting the use of this text system. And inmates that come from other prisons have used this text system for years. That they don’t use it here and now, we never knew, we were never warned. Yet a week after they sanctioned us, everyone was getting fair warning. Because you have to warn us. So that appeal is now in the Central office, waiting for a decision. That is 27 more days in prison without my family just because they felt like it. And they take us down the long haul to try and get those days back.
No answer as of yet. They sure can take their time to answer us, but we have to do things timely or else it gets thrown out. You cant win, they built this system to win and they do, no matter how they do it.
  2. I also am in a federal court here in Mississippi demanding that they give me more FSA time, as the whole time I was in FDC Miami, they didn’t give me FSA time for. If they were to calculate that, I would have another 18-22 months applied to my Homeconfinement and or halfway house. What that means is I could be at home(Yes, as a prisoner with a ankle monitor on)with my family and working and helping them also. Because it was during the Plandemic people got the FSA time even while waiting on trial even though they hadn’t been evaluated yet. Because so many trials were delayed due to the Plandemic. And in my case, we were delayed over and over again and one of the excuses was because of the Plandemic(Yep, it was a Plan people). So yes, it would be nice if all these things were to come through, but I don’t rely on it. I just do what I can and wait on God and His plan, not man’s. A bit of good news is that my home was approved, so when I am given a date to go to Homeconfinement, I can. I think this is one of the only positive things in this system that has happened to me and my family in all the years I have been locked up. Now we wait, more. Yet I still hope and expect God to do things bigger and better than what man has planned.

Now I would like to touch up on a bit of what has happened after my most recent sermon. God has put on my heart for quite sometime now to preach on eternal salvation. As I was preparing for this sermon, months ago while waiting on my turn, dad sent me his book; God’s eternal salvation.“””””” It was exactly what I wanted to preach on, so I got some very good pointers there. What I didn’t expect was the reaction from some of the leaders and other Christians. I guess the truth can really hit hard at times. It was a message to reassure others of God’s eternal Salvation through our LORD Jesus Christ. And when we believe it, we can live freely to serve our LORD, as we are not held down by man’s ways.
I first let everyone know a few helpful tools/jewels while studying the Word of God. (Note: I did go into explaining a bit more on each “tool”. I will not here, that is on you out there. You have the ability to look this info up.)
(1) 2 Peter 1:20, read it. No private interpretation.
(2) Read the Bible in its context.
(3)The Bible can be applied devotionally, historically to all men. But not all that is written is for doctrine to all men. This is why there is so many false doctrines. Read 2 Timothy 4:2-5.
(4) Remember that in this age of Grace, this time of the Church of Christ. It is unlike all other times in history. So what is written to us, the Church, is for us. Just as some of what was written for Old Testament times don’t apply to us, instructions etc, was for them. We also have doctrine/instructions specially for us also.

Then I asked them all a few questions.
Do you believe you can lose your salvation in this time of the Gospel of Grace? If you do, then you are believing in false doctrines of the devil. That is to say that the blood of Christ was not sufficient. This happens because man, studies the Word of God however he wants to. The devil has deceived the world and has infiltrated the churches and the supposed ‘bibles” that are out there.
Then I went on to explain how important it is to know and understand that when one is born again (spiritually that is). Your salvation is eternal, and you cant lose it! If you doubt, you will not be able to mature spiritually and you will not be guided by the Holy Spirit, but by your own imagination, that Satan himself can manipulate. If you doubt, you will not walk by the Spirit, but by the flesh. Because faith and doubt don’t go together.
Then I said, let me show you a few things.
Question: What did you do to be born? Nothing. Right? It is an event you didn’t do anything to make happen. Your dad and mom did, right? Ok, we can agree at least on that for now.
Then I went and spoke about the Parable in Luke 15:11-32. Go ahead and read it. Its what people know as the Prodigal son parable, I like to call it the loving father Parable.
Did you read it? Did you notice that the son that went away never stopped being the father’s son? When one is born again spiritually,(I have to keep saying this so you know that we can only be born again spiritually)one enters into the family of God. Your son is always your son, same as you daughter is always your daughter, they never stop being that. No matter what they do or you do. So when we walk in the ways of the world as children of God, what is affected is our relationship with God. The relationship is never ended, only that it is affected because of our bad decisions. The fellowship is not the same as when we walk with God. But we are always His children, if you truly were born again that is.

There is so much more that I can go over, but I want to focus only on 3 points. I will let the Word of God explain the points to you. His Word does better than me anyways.
(1) You cannot gain your salvation-Read Ephesians 2:4-10.
(2) You cannot maintain your salvation-Read I Corinthians 3:13-15, Galatians 3:3,10-14.
(3) You cannot lose your salvation-Read Ephesians 1:12-14,4:30.
Also read John 10:27-30, What is God’s, no one can take away. Not even you!!!
The last question I asked before closing was: ” What do you desire? Born 2 times and die once, or born 1 time and die twice? The decision is yours…

I know that there is so much to be said and maybe one day on the outside I can preach this message on a podcast or something. But at least it will get you to think on what I preached the other day.
Now, I expected pretty much everyone to be encouraged. Think about it, God saves us and He also preserves us. What is more liberating than that? Yet, as I walked out another Christian pulled me aside(by the way he wasn’t in the Spanish service, he only speaks English. So he doesnt know what I preached on at that moment). And he asked me about a book I was passing around on how new age doctrine has infiltrated the churches and has affected many believers spiritual walk. Yea, I said, why? Because it speaks of a man that I follow, he said. I told him that it isnt about that man, yet it did have a few quotes from him. How that man believed one can lose his salvation by his own works. I said, not according to the Bible that is. So we “discussed” it for a bit. I left it at that. Then he and others of the leaders/elders I have been with since I got here began to tell others that I was a false prophet teaching false doctrine, etc.
Hear me out. I dont care what man thinks about me. My character has been defamed worldwide for years now. But I do care about people knowing the truth. So I still show them love and speak the truth and pray, just letting the LORD work on them. No animosity here. A little more persecution I guess.
But as this has been going on, my wife writes me and asks if I remember a man named Elias in Barahona where I grew up. She said, the man who had a bit of mental problems, but always was walking the streets telling people about Jesus. The man you gave a Bible to years ago, maybe over 15 years ago. So I got thinking and I said, o yea, I remember him. We used to sit on the corner and talk about the LORD. So I gave him a Bible because he didnt have a leather one if I remember correctly. She told me her mother saw him the other day and he had that Bible with him. He never leaves it. He said he prays for his brother Juan(that’s what they call me there) and wants to see me. And that God will use me.
In the times of hardship, God gives me relief. He reminds me that what had been done years ago, has produced and continues to produce fruit. So I never give up, I keep on keeping on.

I want to thank and bless everyone who has helped us financially and through so many prayers. Mom was able to visit a few weeks ago for 2 days. It was refreshing to both our hearts and souls. We laughed, cried, and shared so much on what is going on in our lives and that of our family. She told me alot about my boys which always touches my heart. I am so grateful that the LORD has my mom with my boys especially during the worst time of our lives. She has and does teach them about the LORD, thanks mom, I love you always and forever…
