The Honorable Marco Rubio
Secretary of State
U.S. Department of State
2201 C Street NW
Washington, D.C. 20520

Dear Secretary Rubio,

I am writing to you as a loyal supporter of justice and a fellow believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, to bring to your attention the dire circumstances surrounding the unlawful actions taken against the Grenon family, specifically Jonathan, Mark, Jordan, and Joseph Grenon. As men who have served God with conviction, their current predicament represents a troubling departure from the principles of justice and religious freedom.

This letter highlights key points from their case that warrant your attention and heartfelt response:

  1. Violation of Religious Freedom: The Grenons’ prosecution disregarded the protections offered under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA). Jonathan Grenon’s deeply held religious beliefs were deemed irrelevant during his trial, and his defense under RFRA was never properly addressed by the courts. This neglect undermines the fundamental rights guaranteed under the First Amendment.
  2. Unreasonable Trial Delays: The Grenons endured an unjust delay in their trial, spanning over two years after indictment and nearly three years post-initial appearance. Such delays violate both statutory and constitutional rights to a speedy trial, further contributing to the erosion of their rights.
  3. Improper Deference to Agency Definitions: The court improperly relied on the FDA’s definitions to justify the charges and convictions, contrary to recent Supreme Court decisions which mandate that judicial authority cannot defer to administrative agencies in such a manner.
  4. Sentencing Discrepancies: Jonathan Grenon, a first-time offender, received an excessive sentence of 151 months. This decision was made without resolving key objections he raised regarding the calculation of losses and victim counts, leaving critical questions unanswered and leading to a procedurally unfair outcome.
  5. Denial of Adequate Legal Representation: Despite requesting counsel, Jonathan was forced to represent himself in a complex federal case, lacking the knowledge and resources necessary for a fair defense. This deprived him of his Sixth Amendment right to effective counsel.

I urge you, as a brother in Christ and a leader with the influence to advocate for justice, to review the case of the Grenon family with compassion and discernment. Their rights have been disregarded, and they continue to suffer unjustly for their faith and their service to the community.

We kindly request your intervention and assistance in addressing these grievances. Additionally, I encourage you to visit the following link [https://theuniversalantidote.com/] for a comprehensive view of their story and to consider standing for justice in their case.

Thank you for your time and dedication to upholding the principles of justice and religious freedom.

In Christ,

I’m so sorry you are ill, all of the persecuted in our country have suffered for far too long. I pray every Sunday in mass for your family. I do believe that your suffering will reveal much just as the Jan6 debacle has. It will reveal the nonelected agencies’ abuse of regulations and of administrative courts, I have heard government officials speak of these abuses but nothing has been done. They really couldn’t do anything with the Biden DOJ in charge and using these things to promote their evil actions. But soon they will be able to, thank God for providing another chance for this country through President Trump!
I know they are even working on Tina Peters case, which is a Colorado state charge and not a federal charge, so is trickier. They have now moved her from a state prison to a local one and keeping it very secretive.
Anyway, I will be sending that letter to Sen. Rubio and perhaps the Florida AG.
I will also contact Mr. Rubio via Twitter.
They are still having trouble getting pardoned Jan6 people out of prison including out of the DC gulag, so there is much hope out there.
May the Lord bless you and all of us as we try to awaken as many as possible✨
